How to Set up Admin Email Notifications in WordPress Forms
Maintaining a website is no easy job, especially if it’s a business site. You might not get enough time to check multiple email accounts on a regular basis. Therefore, you need the notification for the important form submissions in your WordPress admin email to stay updated.
Use case
You can receive notification of each submission of the desired forms in your WordPress admin email. You can also customize which information you want in the email subject and body.

In the Advanced section, you can select From Name, From Email, Reply To email, BCC, and CC by selecting shortcodes when you click on the three dots of respective fields.

Conditional logic in email notification
You can receive and send email notifications for particular forms. For example, if there’s only one job application form for different departments, you can send notifications for the applications of a certain department to a dedicated email address. You can also get the attachments with those forms in the email.
Email summaries
By enabling email summaries, you receive a weekly update on how your forms are performing. You can choose whether you want the summaries to be sent to the site admin or a custom email. You can also customize the email subject and select which day of the week you want to receive the summaries.
This feature is especially helpful if there are any updates on one of the old forms that you haven’t checked in a while.
