About this template...
Most checkout experiences on WordPress sites either rely on a full WooCommerce setup for something that does not need it, or collect payment and shipping details across separate forms that create gaps in the order record. A Checkout Form Template brings the complete purchase flow into a single, structured page: product selection, buyer details, delivery address, discount application, and payment, all in one submission.
This template is laid out using a Two Column Container that keeps the form compact and easy to scan without removing any of the fields a complete checkout requires. Name and email fields identify the buyer and provide the contact channel for order confirmations and receipts. The Address field collects the delivery location so every order arrives with a shipping destination already attached to the record.
The Payment Item field presents the product or service being purchased with its listed price. The Coupon field lets buyers apply a discount code before they see the final total, and the Payment Summary shows the adjusted amount clearly before submission. This transparency at the point of checkout reduces abandoned orders and removes any ambiguity about what is being charged. The Custom Submit Button lets you replace the default label with something specific to the purchase context, whether that is “Place Order,” “Complete Purchase,” or anything else that fits the transaction.
Payment is collected through the Payment Method field at the point of submission, completing the full checkout in a single confirmed record with no redirect, no extra step, and no separate payment page.
This Checkout Form Template works for digital product sellers, service businesses, course creators, small online stores, and any WordPress site that needs a complete, conversion-focused checkout flow without building a full ecommerce system.
