What Makes Fluent Forms the Go-To Choice for 700K+ Businesses

I’ve worked with WordPress since the beta version, and Fluent Forms has become one of those plugins I genuinely would not want to build a site without it. What I appreciate most is how much I can do without fighting the plugin. I can build simple forms when that is all I need, but I can also create much more complex forms with conditional logic, customized fields, integrations, redirects, automation, and different workflows without turning the entire process into a technical project of its own. That matters to me because I build websites and business systems. A form is rarely just a form. It usually needs to collect information, send that information somewhere, trigger another action, communicate with a CRM, redirect someone into the next step, or become part of a larger client or customer journey. Fluent Forms handles that extremely well. The interface is intuitive, the functionality is extensive, and I don’t constantly feel like I have to purchase another add-on every time I need to do something slightly beyond the basics. Easy five stars from me.

They quickly solved a problem we had on a form that only showed up on iPhones. There was no decimal point available on the number pad of the iPhone where that payment transaction amount should be entered. They gave me a snippet that worked perfectly!

Great plugin and exceptional support. I had an issue with my license renewal date and the team went above and beyond to resolve it. Kamrul (Head of Tech Support) personally looked into the matter, corrected the billing error and even extended my subscription by a few months as a goodwill gesture. I’ve never been as satisfied with a plugin as I was with this one. It truly impressed me. Initially, I wanted a contact page plugin, but I found this one offered far more tools and features (for free). You can add any type of field you want, control the details and formatting of each field, use conditional formulas based on responses, manage the settings of each form individually, and the export function is amazing. This led me to use it much more on my website, such as creating polls, surveys, quizzes and tests, feedback, and much more. I never imagined a single plugin could accomplish all of this. Also, I like the clean design and coding, support RTL and multilingual, the localization file work immediately after install it. Furthermore, there’s no force to purchase the Pro version, I respect that and that strongly motivates me to buy the pro version. I believe it’s well worth it, especially since the Pro version offers advanced and powerful features that will be invaluable to my website.

LOVE THIS PLUGIN for many reasons – easy to create forms – ALSO, they don’t CONSTANTLY HOUND or coerce me to upgrade to Pro! Keep up the great work, Fluent.

I was struggling a bit when I wanted to create a form that allowed submissions only from people with emails from particular domains. That’s probably an unusual requirement, but I got a lot of help from the team at WPManageNinja and they went that ‘extra mile’ by supplying some custom JavaScript code that I could never have written to add polish to what is now a really useful Fluent Form.

This is the best entry form I have used in 20 years. Its not perfect (spammers are very creative) but o It works all the time o easy to configure o I keep things simple o its lightweight o So far secure and no website compromise

This form plugin works beautifully and the developers do NOT drive you crazy with prompts to upgrade at every turn. It is simple, nicely designed and helps me get my work done faster.

I used gravity forms for a long time before switching to fluent forms, and I don’t regret it. GF’s cloud upload options were limited to dropbox, which got expensive for what I needed. Fluent forms cloud storage addon gives me both dropbox and cloudflare R2, so I can pick what works best per project! r2 alone has saved me real money. Also, conditional folder option has also been a pleasant surprise. My uploads now sort into the right folders nicely which is saving time and even cutting hosting costs. Fluent forms keeps improving with every update. A few small things could still be better, but overall I’m glad I switched and don’t plan on going back.

Time spent on using this plugin is limited, as it walks you through the needed process. Beats out WPforms and OMG old Contact Form 7 and no need to cry about how to set it up. Tested the free, went to paid & well – impressed, many integrations, and yes the support is there. They’re a solid group of people – looking to create solutions. Good plugin – best I have used yet.

The interface is clean, the conditional logic and integrations work flawlessly, and it doesn’t bloat the website. I am new to WordPress sites and decided on fluent forms for our website, very happy with it so far. There are a couple features that I would really like to see. The ability to copy form one form to another, or create a sort of template to import into forms, such as adding a newsletter subscription option onto forms. Right now I need to built it again on each form I want this functionality on. Along the same lines, it would be great to be able to copy integrations to other forms, as well as to duplicate integrations, this would be really helpful when creating the same trigger multiple times using conditional logic based on response. These certainly aren’t major issues, but would be quality of life improvements.

We’re using Fluent Forms Pro version since a while and it covers all our needs. The conditional logic ist perfect to build complex forms. The integration into Mailpoet gave us a little headache but due to Naya and his outstanding support, we where able to get it working. Thanks a lot for a great plugin and again outstanding support team!

After many many many years purchasing Gravity Forms, I jumped over to Fluent Forms for a particular feature I wanted to use as a one-off project. I have been amazed at how easy it is to use, and there is configuration and a setting for everything you need, and the support is phenomenal. I’ll be migrating most of my existing Gravity Forms to start using Fluent Forms.
