About this template...
This scheduling poll form helps teams, event organizers, and project leads settle on a meeting time without an endless email thread. Instead of asking “does Tuesday work?” one message at a time, you send a single form and see every respondent’s availability side by side.
Respondents leave their name and email, then work through a grid of proposed dates and times, marking each one available, unavailable, or unsure. Because every slot uses the same three-option grid, you can easily compare responses across your whole within seconds.
If none of the proposed times work for someone, a follow-up question asks whether they can still adjust their schedule or if those really are their only open slots, with a notes field for anything specific, a hard stop at 2pm, a standing conflict, or whatever you need to know before you lock in a time.
