About this template...
This financial literacy test helps teachers, financial educators, banks, credit unions, nonprofits, and employers with wellness programs measure how well people understand personal finance. It covers budgeting, compound interest, inflation, credit scores, interest rates, emergency funds, diversification, net worth, credit card payments, and take-home pay.
The form collects the first name, last name, and email for each test taker. Ten multiple-choice questions focus on everyday money decisions, from how inflation affects savings to what happens when you pay only the minimum on a credit card.
Once submitted, the test scores automatically show the result as a fraction, with a summary of each answer on the confirmation screen. Use it before and after a financial education workshop to measure progress, or as a standalone assessment for students and employees.
