For example, if there’s only one job application form for different departments, you can send notifications for the applications of each department to their dedicated email addresses. You can also get the attachments with those forms in the email.

You can send form data automatically to your CRM using Fluent Forms. It integrates with Insightly, iContact, OnePageCRM, Pipedrive, amoCRM, Automizy, Constant Contact, Salesflare, SendFox, CleverReach, Zoho CRM, Moosend, MailerLite, Drip, CampaignMonitor, Mailchimp, GetResponse, GetGist, Salesforce, FluentCRM, and ConvertKit.

If you integrate a form with your project or data management platform, the data on your platform gets auto-updated with each form submission. For example, the entries automatically transfer to your Notion or Google Sheets database, and new cards are created on the designated Trello list. You can also get instant notifications on your Slack channel. It even auto-updates data on your project management plugin, Fluent Boards.
