The continued success of Fluent Forms is the result of dedicated efforts across our support, marketing, and development teams, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to deliver incredible updates regularly. It is a very active forum with user feedback, new feature suggestions, and improvements. You can also join our sister products discussion spaces to share your feedback there. Fluent Forms Facebook community also now has 7.7K+ members, although we are transferring most of it to our self-hosted community powered by our own solution, FluentCommunity.
- In 2025, Fluent Forms significantly expanded its social media presence. Like last year we keep up our posting schedule. We had over 400,000 impressions in 2025, connecting with more than 5,000 followers across all major platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, and YouTube.
Throughout the year, we developed and published over 300 unique pieces of social media content, which were strategically redistributed across our profiles based on user engagement and interest. - Our social media content strategy centered on three core objectives: attracting new Fluent Forms users, communicating the latest feature updates, and re-engaging existing users with underutilized or older features through relevant use cases.

Notable features of Fluent Forms shipped in 2025
Fluent Forms had a monumental year in 2025, introducing several features and technical improvements. Based on the 2025 changelog, here are the most notable updates:
Report dashboard
A brand new report dashboard was introduced in Fluent Forms Free 6.1.1 & Pro 6.1.0, designed to give users better visual insights and analytics for their form entries. Check out this video for a visual presentation.
The new Report Module in Fluent Forms offers robust data insights via three sections: Overview, Payment, and Submissions, enabling data-informed decisions.
Free Version (Essential Analytics) includes summaries of submissions/payments, top-performing form rankings (submissions, views, payments), API logs (success/processing/failed), payment overviews, and submission charts.
Pro Version (Advanced Reporting) unlocks advanced features like completion rates, submission analysis by country/timeline, detailed subscription analytics, form-specific payment/submission analysis, and PDF report downloads* for archiving/sharing.

The Report Module empowers users to optimize forms with both basic and granular data. Note that Pro features require an upgrade. *PDF report downloads need the separate free PDF Addon with Fluent Forms Pro.

AI form builder
We introduced AI-assisted form building this year, which allows users to create complex forms using prompts, and it even includes Custom CSS/JS support in AI creation.

We are now exploring ways to improve the AI Form Builder with more complex forms and smart validation. Keep an eye on 2026!
Advanced conditionals group
A major logic overhaul introducing “Advanced Conditionals” groups, providing much more granular control over complex form behaviors.

The introduction of new Conditional Logic Groups for input fields allows you to configure multiple logic sets. This enables the showing or hiding of fields dynamically based on user input, resulting in more interactive, user-friendly forms that adapt instantly to your audience. It’s important to note that, in the free version of Fluent Forms, Conditional Logic Groups are exclusively available for input fields.
Accept payments with Stripe (free)
In the Fluent Forms 6.0 update, we introduced payment fields for free users. You can now easily accept payments via Stripe for various purposes like event registrations, donations, or small product sales, enabling you to monetize your forms without purchasing the Pro version.
A 1.9% transaction fee applies to these payments. Notably, the Subscription field is also part of the free version. Upgrading to Fluent Forms Pro removes this 1.9% transaction fee, leaving only Stripe’s standard fee.
Gutenberg block form style customization
Users can now customize the appearance of their forms directly within the Gutenberg editor, offering a more seamless design experience.

Directly within the Gutenberg interface, you can now style your forms, setting form colors, typography, spacing, and borders. This is perfect for maintaining your brand’s consistency without the friction of external styling tools, as you no longer need to switch editors or search for CSS selectors, just style your forms right where you build your pages.

Accordion & tab input fields
Overwhelmed users often abandon long, complex forms. To combat this, we introduced the new “Accordion/Tab” form input field in the Fluent Forms Free and Pro 6.1.5, offering two sophisticated display options:
- Accordion Mode: Features expandable sections that open individually, directing user focus to the immediate set of questions.
- Tab Mode: Provides horizontal navigation, allowing users to effortlessly switch between different form sections.

These adaptable layouts significantly reduce visual clutter. This, in turn, boosts form completion rates, particularly for applications, multi-step surveys, and detailed registration forms.
Checkout our detailed guide on “How to Add Accordion and Tab Sections in WordPress Forms”.
Authorize.net integration
Expansion of the payment ecosystem with the addition of the Authorize.net payment gateway. This one was our most requested feature from our users, and we are happy to introduce this at last!
Securely process one-time credit card payments using this trusted, PCI-compliant gateway. Authorize.net integration is quick, taking only minutes through your form’s payment settings. This adds another reliable payment solution to your options, which already include Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Paystack, Paddle, Razorpay, and Square.

Front-end entry view
A new feature allowing users to view and manage their own previous submissions directly through a frontend page.

Fluent Forms “Front End Entry View” feature offers secure access to form submissions via a unique, hash-based URL. Upon submission, a unique URL is generated, allowing submitters to view their entry without a WordPress login. Administrators retain full control, managing submissions and customizing privacy settings for submitters, admins, or the public. This feature improves security and user experience by providing controlled, direct access to submission data, ideal for event registration, user content, or sensitive data collection, emphasizing simplicity and privacy.
Geolocation & address autocomplete upgrade
Integrated HTML5 geolocation for the address field and improved Google Maps address parsing for precision.
Fluent Forms’ User Map Location in Submission feature allows you to automatically gather geolocation data when visitors fill out your WordPress contact forms. This capability is essential for making data-driven decisions, such as understanding your customer base or streamlining shipping operations, by providing the exact origin of form submissions. To utilize this user map location feature, you must have the Fluent Forms Google Maps integration enabled.
Conversational form enhancements
Significant upgrades introduced including “Other” option support, Signature field support, Net Promoter Score (NPS) fields, and keyboard shortcut improvements. With the 6.0 update, Fluent Forms Pro introduced the highly anticipated Save & Resume button for conversational forms. This valuable feature significantly improves the user experience and drives higher completion rates by allowing users to save their progress and return to their form later. It’s the ideal solution for applications, surveys, and other detailed forms, effectively eliminating form abandonment.

Conversational forms have been enhanced to allow shortcodes in the editor, enabling personalized experiences by pulling user data, IP addresses, or URL parameters directly into questions.

Additionally, Pro users can now utilize Net Promoter Score (NPS) fields in conversational forms. This feature allows for measuring customer loyalty with the standard 0-10 rating scale, including follow-up questions, all within an engaging, chat-like interface.
Repeater container field
Added a highly requested repeater container, allowing users to add multiple sets of fields dynamically.

This method significantly enhances the form-building experience. It is especially useful for capturing details like multiple work experiences or various skills, where several entries are frequently necessary. By streamlining this process, the result is not only a more efficient form for the builder but also a cleaner, more intuitive experience for the users completing the forms.
Enhanced spam protection
Integration of CleanTalk Spam Protection and new token-based spam protection to ensure high-level form security.
2025 technical & performance milestones
