Is it possible to automatically delete partial entries if the form is not completed after a certain amount of time? I want to archive all the completed entries but remove partial entries not completed within 30 days.

      Hello Greg,
Thank you for your question. Currently, we don’t have this feature directly. But you can delete the entries from the specific form settings. https://prnt.sc/0rP6MVxbbzJf

Can I access partial submissions data via the api? Right now, all I see is the option to access submitted forms via the api. I need a page that displays data from both the draft submissions and submissions tables and I’m wondering if I can do that with the api, or if I’ll have to make it myself using php/mysql.

Is there a workaround for conversational forms? Be good to get the data at each step and keep the dynamic nature.

Currently, we didn’t add the partial entries field on our conversational forms feature. But hopefully, we’ll add that in future.

Will you be adding this feature to conversational forms? It would be very helpful.

It’s not in the plan so far as I know. I’ll ask the product development team to add this to their plan.

So if I have a single page form and I follow the instructions above, it converts the form to a 2 page form that has the submit button on the last page all by itself (we can add something extra so no issue).
If this is the case does it save a partially filled page and provide us the information filled in up to that point without the user doing anything or do they need to confirm they are happy for the info to be sent to us in an unfinished state?
Or is it they have to have completed that page fully before they move on to the next page and only then the pages details are sent to us?

Fluent Forms have both partial entries and save form data features to save the data of unfinished forms. Check out this article for partial entries: https://fluentforms.com/fluent-forms-partial-entries/

Partial entries work with multi-step forms only. So, no. It can’t be used with other forms, such as classic or conversational.
