Step 1: Turn on Zapier

Go to the Fluent Forms dashboard from your WordPress site. Find out the integration modules section from Fluent Forms pro. Look for the Zapier module, and activate it.

Step 2: Make a Webhook feed & get the Webhook URL from Zapier

Now, design a contact form or choose from the form templates to connect it with Zapier. Go to the Settings & Integration option of the selected form, and select the Zapier section from the left sidebar. Create a Webhook feed on the Add Webhook button from the top right corner.

Name the feed.

Then, log in to your Zapier account, and search for the Make A Zap button from the left side at the top.

Now, select the app Webhook by Zapier from the Choose app & event section. After that, pick up the Catch Hook option on the Trigger Event, and click on the continue button.

At the end of this step, copy the triggered URL.

Step 3: Save settings

Paste the copied URL in the Fluent Forms dashboard, where we create a Webhook feed. Hit the Save notifications button.

Step 4: Test trigger

If you want to test the trigger, you can easily do that by diverting a data sample to the feed. You need to fill up the respective form for the testing purpose and choose the Send Data Sample option on the WordPress dashboard.

Now, click on the Test Trigger dropdown button from the Zapier account, and you will get a request for a form field with the client’s details. In the end, click on the continue button to complete the step.

Step 5: Connect Zoho CRM with WordPress

When you complete the Catch Hook step, you will redirect to the next step. Here you can go for any app to link with Zapier. In this article, we are selecting Zoho CRM with WordPress, as this is our concerning subject for now. In the action section, we are selecting the Create/Update Module Entry in the action event. Click on the continue button.

Now, sign in to your Zoho CRM account.

After signing in, click on the continue button.

You have to fill up the required fields to go for the next section, such as name fields, company name fields, etc. All of this information needs to match up with your tested form information.

Now, click on the continue button, and click on the Test action button. If all of your information is matched with your first submission, then the test will be successful. 

Go back to your Zoho CRM dashboard, and check if a lead is created. If you can see the same data, that means you have made a successful submission.

At last, click the Turn on Zap button to continue the process. Once you turn this on, all submissions on your contact form will show on your Zoho CRM dashboard. We would like to mention that if you have the pro version of Zapier, then this process will work. Otherwise, it will end at the test option.
