How to Create a Poll Form in a WordPress Website

How to create a poll

Go to your Fluent Forms dashboard to create a New Blank Form. You can also try out our ready-to-use templates. Editing the templates is super easy and can save time.

Find Predefined Form Templates.

Now put the general fields like name and email; add if you need further. To create polls, you can choose a radio field if you want users to answer a single option.

If you need multiple answers, then use the checkbox field.

Edit the input field as you like. Write down the question on the element label. You can provide as many options as you want for the answer.

Adding images for the options is also available. Click the ‘photo’ checkbox and select the images you want to upload. 

When you are done editing the poll options, save the form.
